Arts Greenhouse Workshop Announcement

October 24th at 5pm the Arts Greenhouse will be holding our first enrichment workshop at the Waffle Shop at the corner of Highland and Baum in East Liberty.
The topic: rap deams vs. rap reality. Join us as Luqman Abdus-salaam breaks down the differences between what you see on TV and what goes on in the office room. Speaking from years of experience as a hip-hop poet, journalist, and activist, Abdus-salaam will be joined by some special guests who have their own stories to tell about their experiences in the record industry.
The workshop will also feature interactive activities, Q&A time, and refreshments.
The event is free to all, but is geared towards teens. Ages 13 to 18. Updates on the event coming soon, but feel free to contact Program Coordinator Amos Levy with any questions.
